Live Online Gentle Yoga

Some of the biggest barriers to yoga include getting started, understanding the basics, finding a studio and class that fits into your schedule, building yoga into YOUR daily routine. This class is designed for the online beginner who doesn't have a lot of time, wants to move more, and wants some guidance getting started with yoga. Once you register, I will email you with some guidance for your first class.
